JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Fund Controller Senior Associate to oversee fund providers, ensuring accurate operations, high-quality reporting, and strong risk controls. You will collaborate across teams to deliver oversight outcomes and governance materials.

You will contribute to data-driven reporting, process improvements, and timely issue resolution across fund operations and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in fund services with exposure to fund accounting and regulatory reporting

Responsibilities

• Execute a risk-based oversight approach across fund operations including NAV, expenses, distributions, fee billing, and price publication
• Review daily fund activity outputs from service providers and drive issue resolution
• Coordinate audit support activities with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Oversee preparation and submission of fund regulatory filings (e.g., N-PORT, N-CEN, NPX)
• Maintain oversight records and assist data entry in internal systems
• Monitor disclosure deliverables and track completion against requirements
• Oversee dividend and distribution processes with controls and reconciliation checkpoints
• Collaborate with teams in the US and other regions to ensure consistent oversight
• Prepare governance materials for committees or boards
• Participate in vendor oversight routines and track remediation actions
• Produce metrics and management reporting highlighting risks and progress
