Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Manila seeks a Fund Oversight and Reporting Specialist within the Product Administration team to oversee external fund administration vendors, coordinate reporting cycles, and strengthen controls. You will partner with investment, risk, legal, compliance, product development, and client service.

You will identify opportunities to streamline and automate oversight and reporting activities, ensuring timely financial and regulatory reporting for pooled investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in fund services or fund administration oversight.
• Experience supporting registered funds or private fund structures (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and related regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of net asset value, custody, transaction activity, and valuation concepts.
• Ability to translate risks into practical oversight checks and control evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication for governance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administration vendors to ensure service levels, controls, and quality.
• Coordinate financial reporting cycles, including disclosures and control procedures.
• Plan, execute, and track audit activities with vendors and auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and respond to audit inquiries with documentation.
• Coordinate and review fund regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR).
• Prepare governance materials for fund governance forums.
• Maintain oversight documentation and procedures for governance expectations.
• Identify and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent oversight across time zones.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities in reporting and oversight.
