Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Onboarding Team professional to coordinate onboarding events for large accounts, interfacing with Operations, Portfolio Management, Business Development, Trading, Legal, Technology, custodians, prime brokers and clients. The role focuses on delivering event milestones, using proprietary tools, and maintaining clear communication across the business pipeline.

The candidate will independently manage new brokers, market openings, custody/administrator changes, and strategy

• Experience coordinating complex events and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to independently manage inquiries and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding events with internal and external counterparties.
• Ensure completion of deliverables prior to events using workflow tools.
• Manage communication and expectations across the business pipeline and events.
• Handle account openings and required documentation for events.
