Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila is seeking a Loan Accounting and Reconciliation Associate I to support daily reconciliations and exception management for accurate loan and general ledger activity.

You will partner with finance and operations to investigate breaks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. You will lead workflows for fund onboarding and lifecycle events, validate data across systems, document procedures, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve structured operational problems across systems, workflows and downstream impacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) to validate data and investigate issues.
• Strong attention to detail with a control-minded approach and accuracy under time pressure.
• Effective communication with operations teams and business partners explaining issues, risks and next steps.
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day work, track follow-ups, and maintain ownership of workflows.
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and resolve dependencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures to support audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflows supporting fund onboarding and lifecycle changes, ensuring timely delivery and strong controls.
• Coordinate fund lifecycle events (launches, closures, mergers, platform changes) with accurate inputs and configurations.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate into correct account and system configurations.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems, identify breaks early, and drive resolution with clear tracking.
• Troubleshoot account setup and configuration issues, escalating risks and next steps as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation by updating procedures and recording complete setup/change history.
• Support system and process improvements by identifying recurring issues and driving scalable workflows.
