JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a Fund Servicing Associate within Securities Services Operations to ensure NAV calculations are accurate and timely for investment funds, aligning with regulatory expectations.

You'll investigate NAV breaks, maintain fund accounting data (ISINs, prices), and provide static data to stakeholders, collaborating across teams to strengthen controls and improve processes.

Qualificações

• Chartered Accountant qualification or MBA or bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pension funds and fund accounting.
• Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliation processes, and securities operations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform NAV reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for public mutual funds.
• Compare fund accounting records with internal records, including holdings, derivatives, FX forwards, cash, accruals, payables and receivables.
• Produce reconciliation packs and reporting outputs using internal systems.
• Investigate NAV breaks, document root causes, and drive timely resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply quality management practices to ensure accuracy of fund data.
• Maintain security static data to ensure accurate identifiers (ISIN, WKN).
• Provide expense accrual inputs to processing teams when required by the client or fund manager.
• Coordinate information flow for valuations and unit activity with stakeholders.
• Support OTC derivatives processing and reconciliation activities.
• Manage inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely responses and records.
