Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Lead to drive financial excellence across our Private Equity funds. You will partner with Fund Controllers, oversee a team of fund accountants, and ensure data integrity, efficiency, and top-tier client service while implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fund accounting or fund administration (Private Equity focus)
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA/CFA is a plus
• Proficiency in delivering institutional-grade data, reporting, and client service

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations, reconciliations, and reporting to fund administrators and custodians.
• Review income allocations, expenses, gains, losses, and partner statements for accuracy.
• Manage Private Equity lifecycles: capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, waterfall models, and carried interest.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with audit-ready schedules and statements.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable SOPs and automated processes.
• Lead implementation of new accounting tools and optimized workflows across the team.
• Support data-driven decision-making with metrics like IRR, TVPI/RVPI/DPI, and portfolio valuation.
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct daily quality control and root-cause analysis.
