Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Team member to coordinate large account events across Operations, Portfolio Management, Business Development, Trading, Legal, Technology, custodians, prime brokers, transition managers, and clients.

You will use proprietary Onboarding systems (Pipeline, Counterparty Selection, Product Workflow, RMS) to ensure delivery of all event milestones and to update the business pipeline and pending events to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-group events in finance or similar environments.
• Ability to independently run events with onshore oversight.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantial leverage in the management of events such as Launches, Termination, In-Kind transfer, and Strategy Changes.
• Be able to independently run events with onshore oversight.
• Become well-versed in proprietary Onboarding systems and tools (Pipeline, Counterparty Selection, Product Workflow, RMS).
• Work in a high-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage tracking and reconciling of team tools and emails; handle internal inquiries.
• Complete account opening and documentation required for various events.
