Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Client Onboarding Senior Officer (Night Shift) in Taguig to coordinate end-to-end onboarding across private equity, real estate and private credit clients. You will work with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, accurate data migration, KYC/AML reviews, and documentation readiness.

The role requires 1+ years in onboarding or financial services, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience in client onboarding, loan operations, or financial services or an equivalent role in a growth company.
• Exposure to agency lending, loan administration, or capital markets
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML and onboarding documentation
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; project tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding activities across private equity, real estate and private credit.
• Follow onboarding workflows and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Coordinate data migration, client setup, activation and offboarding.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and trackers, track go-live and deal closing.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations; escalate risks as needed.
• Lead kickoff, status calls, and follow-ups.
