Job summary

Maples Group operates with MicroSourcing to support new Manila operations. The Fund Accountant role focuses on NAV packaging, data liaison with global managers, and client data management in a hybrid, dayshift setting.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 1+ year in hedge funds or financial services, and strong communication and attention to detail for accurate billing and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related courses.
• 1 year of hedge funds or private equity experience, OR 1–3 years in Financial Services.
• Proven ability to handle financial data management, data entry and transaction processing.
• Strong communication with global teams, custodians, auditors, and investment managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
• Liaise with internal/external parties to facilitate processing and resolve data queries.
• Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures and terminations; book fees and prepare invoices.
• Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and KPIs.
