Job summary

Bolder Group in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Fund Accountant to support fund administration, NAV calculations, and financial reporting. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with investment managers, auditors, and banks, while maintaining strong Excel skills and attention to detail. The position offers hybrid work with on-site and remote elements at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of Fund Accounting experience.
• Understanding of financial statements, markets and investment products.
• Advanced Excel skills: data analysis, pivot tables, charts and complex formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Calculate NAVs for daily fund valuations.
• Accounting functions to ensure fund prices are accurate.
• Reconcile positions and cash with brokers/custodians.
• Compute management and performance fees.
• Process payments and correspond with managers, shareholders, auditors, lawyers and banks.
• Prepare expense accruals and audited financial statements.
• Ensure fund compliance with procedures, policies and prospectus.
• Review fund activity and valuations for NAV and yield accuracy.
• Reconcile fund books and records and complete periodic reviews.
• Set up new funds or changes in fund structure (liquidations, side pockets).
• Be main contact for investment managers and other stakeholders.
