Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.
• Process customer requests, including orders, returns and refunds.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer accounts and interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist departments when necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily call handling targets and quality standards.
• Provide clear explanations of products, services and company policies.
• Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures consistently.
