You will design scalable full-stack solutions, dashboards, and data workflows while collaborating across Product, Finance, and Operations.

• Demonstrated experience building modern full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engineer better visibility: develop observability platforms with dashboards, alerts and monitoring.
• Automate critical processes: design automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across large-scale billing operations.
• Build end-to-end solutions: develop scalable full-stack apps, APIs, services and data workflows.
• Partner across the business: collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Support, and Operations to solve business challenges.
• Lead through expertise: mentor teammates, contribute to architectural discussions and shape tooling direction.
• Solve complex problems: investigate root causes using data and systems thinking to support critical periods.
