Qualifications

• Experience building modern full-stack applications with backend emphasis.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for development, automation, and data processing.
• Experience handling large datasets where accuracy is critical.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, and deployment practices.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Engineer observability platforms for billing performance and operational health.
• Design automation tools to improve efficiency across billing operations.
• Develop scalable full-stack apps, APIs, services, and data workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance and Ops to solve business challenges.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Investigate root causes and support during peak business periods.
