Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent observability platforms that provide deep insight into billing performance, subscription activity, and operational health.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions that help teams identify issues before they impact partners or customers.
• Design automation tools that remove manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve accuracy across large-scale billing operations.
• Build systems that proactively identify anomalies and drive self-service troubleshooting capabilities.
• Develop scalable full-stack applications, APIs, services, and data workflows using modern engineering practices.
• Create intuitive user experiences that help technical and operational teams make faster, more informed decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to solve meaningful business challenges.
• Translate operational insights into sustainable technology solutions that drive long-term value.
• Mentor fellow team members through technical guidance, coaching, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future direction of Marketplace Operations tooling.
• Investigate root causes behind operational and billing issues using data, systems thinking, and engineering expertise.
