Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Mid Shift | Mandaluyong City

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain Oracle APEX, React UI components, and Spring Boot REST APIs for training and e-learning platforms.

• Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL code, procedures, and queries for Oracle databases.

• Lifecycle & CI/CD: Apply SDLC best practices across the full tech stack, leveraging Azure DevOps for code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across APEX, Java, and React layers to enhance system performance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical designs and proactive solutions.

• Documentation: Produce and maintain API specifications, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Core Experience: 3–5 years of full-stack development experience across Oracle APEX, Java (Spring Boot), React, and Oracle Database (PL/SQL).

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Oracle APEX: Application design, REST-enabled objects, interactive reports, and page logic.

  • Java & Spring Boot: REST API design, JPA/Hibernate, and database integrations.

  • Database: Writing and optimizing PL/SQL packages, procedures, and complex queries.

  • Front-End: Building React components for web applications.

  • APIs & Security: Consuming/producing REST APIs using OAuth2 and JWT.

• Domain & Tools: Familiarity with LMS workflows (SCORM/xAPI), Azure DevOps (CI/CD, branching), and agile practices.

• Communication: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• E-Learning Platforms: Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP systems (e.g., Thought Industries, Docebo, Cornerstone) and Learning Record Stores (LRS).

• Advanced APEX & Oracle: Expertise with APEX 22.x+, Universal Theme, APEX REST Data Services, and Oracle EBS Education Services.

• Architecture & DevOps: Experience with microservices, API gateways, Next.js, and Azure DevOps release automation.
