Job summary

HRTX is seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Developer in Mandaluyong for a hybrid schedule. You will build enterprise tools with React.js, Node.js, and Express/NestJS, deliver PWAs, design RESTful APIs, and manage MongoDB data.

You will ensure end-to-end delivery, participate in Agile ceremonies, review code with the team, and collaborate with Product Owners and QA. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-stack development with Node.js and React.
• Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, REST APIs, and authentication.
• Proficient in React, JavaScript, state management, and responsive UI.
• Hands-on PWA development with service workers, caching, and push notifications.
• Experience with mobile web optimization and cross-device testing.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, and Agile.
• Strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build responsive, mobile-optimized enterprise tools using React.js, Node.js, and Express/NestJS.

• PWA Implementation: Deliver offline-first Progressive Web Apps using service workers, caching, manifests, and push notifications.

• API Architecture: Design efficient RESTful APIs optimized for mobile client performance, low payloads, and third-party enterprise integrations.

• Database Management: Structure MongoDB collections, schemas, and queries using NoSQL best practices.

• Front-End UI/UX: Create reusable React components, touch-friendly layouts, and scalable state management (Redux/Context API).

• SDLC & Support: Own end-to-end delivery—from design to production support—and resolve issues across the Node.js, MongoDB, and React/PWA stack.

• Agile & Teamwork: Conduct code reviews and collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and QA in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React

• Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, REST APIs, and authentication

• Proficient in React, JavaScript, state management, and responsive UI

• Hands-on PWA development, including service workers, caching, and push notifications

• Experience with mobile web optimization and cross-device testing
