Job summary

HRTX is seeking a skilled Software Developer in Mandaluyong for hybrid work (3x per week on-site). You will design and maintain enterprise learning management applications and admin tools, building low-code Oracle APEX modules and Java/Spring Boot microservices.

You will also write PL/SQL, expose REST endpoints with ORDS, and support UI components in React for internal web apps. Collaboration in Agile teams and CI/CD with Azure DevOps will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with Oracle APEX, Java, and PL/SQL.
• Experience delivering RESTful APIs and secure authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oracle APEX delivery: build and maintain interactive applications, forms, reports, and security schemas.
• Java microservices: develop RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot and manage data pipelines.
• PL/SQL & database logic: write and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions and queries.
• ORDS integration: expose endpoints and integrate REST APIs with OAuth2/JWT.
• UI & LMS support: build React components for internal web apps and LMS integrations.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance across APEX, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL layers.
• Agile collaboration: participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
