Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years proven recruitment experience across colleges and universities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies.
• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (Kalibrr, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, Jora).

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms
• Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts
