Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fresh graduates with internship or recruitment exposure welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Familiar with job portals, social media recruitment, sourcing channels.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or ATS experience preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via portals, social media, referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Endorse candidates to hiring managers based on requirements.
• Facilitate assessments, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Communicate updates to candidates throughout process.
• Prepare and facilitate job offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and deployment with HR and departments.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
