Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end fulfillment growth initiatives across network expansion, operational efficiency, and seller experience. You will drive cross-functional projects with Site Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service to improve coverage and performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, defining success metrics, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders as the program scales across sites in Metro Manila and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong SQL and data skills.
• Minimum 2 years in Project Management, preferably in Ecommerce, FMCG or logistics.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to be stationed at Podium, Mandaluyong office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Fulfillment Growth initiatives across three core pillars: Network Expansion, Operational Efficiency, and Seller Experience.
• Manage cross-functional projects with Site Operations, Seller Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and local/regional teams.
• Define success metrics, track impact of initiatives, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Use data and customer insights to guide decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
