Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Metro Manila seeks an End-to-End Fulfillment Growth Project Manager to lead initiatives across network expansion, operational efficiency and seller experience within a cross-functional team.

You will own projects from problem identification to implementation, define success metrics, and present findings to senior stakeholders, while stationing at Podium, Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong SQL / data skill.
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce, FMCG or logistics industry.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects.
• Must be willing to station in Podium, Mandaluyong office.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity expansion into new sites to support coverage growth.
• Manage eligibility criteria that determine which sellers and products qualify for the program.
• Balance every coverage-growth decision against RTS risk-
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment and drive execution across site operations.
• Identify fulfillment and logistics pain points and design scalable solutions.
• Continuously refine processes as the program scales to new sites and volume.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen seller sentiment and experience in the program.
• Improve seller ship-out rate, seller retention, and overall parcel handling.
• Reduce parcel loss and improve claims resolution processes.
• Initiate, prioritize, and drive projects from problem identification to implementation.
• Define success metrics and track impact of initiatives against targets.
• Use data and customer insights to guide decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with Site Operations, Seller Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and internal local/regional teams to improve key experience and operational metrics.
• Align stakeholders, drive accountability, and track decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities through data, feedback, and market benchmarking.
• Foster a culture of customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement within the team.
