Job summary

MedEthix Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to drive efficient order fulfillment, manage daily dispatch, and partner with logistics teams to deliver reliable supply to B2B and General Trade accounts.

The role oversees dispatch schedules, documentation, OTIF deliveries, and collaboration with Sales and Account Managers, while ensuring safety and continuous process improvements within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics (FMCG/General Trade/B2B)
• Familiarity with B2B distribution operations and General Trade fulfillment requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with WMS or ERP systems is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage dispatch schedules and documentation accurately
• Strong coordination and time management skills; able to handle high volume and diverse client needs
• Valid driver's license (for mobility or warehouse visits)
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in executing operational tasks
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com) or CRM platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily dispatch schedules, oversees picking, packing, and labeling accuracy, and enforces FIFO stock movements
• Prepares and verifies delivery documentation (DRs, invoices, return forms), validates product details, and ensures OTIF deliveries
• Aligns delivery schedules with Trade Sales and Account Managers, manages special packaging requests, addresses delivery feedback, and manages local client pick-ups/drop-offs
• Maintains stock movement logs, assists with inventory reconciliation and physical counts, and submits fulfillment reports to the Supply Chain Manager
• Enforces warehouse safety, product handling SOPs, batch management, return protocols, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinates with 3PL partners for smooth transit, resolves claim/failed delivery issues, and handles re-dispatches
