We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dispatch Assistant who will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end dispatch operations of the Digital Commerce Warehouse, covering order dispatch, partner warehouse deliveries, documentation, and accurate system processing.

This role ensures all customer orders and warehouse deliveries are dispatched accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines. The role is also responsible for maintaining proper documentation, ensuring compliance with established SOPs, and monitoring dispatch performance through operational reports and KPIs.

The role also carries full accountability for managing, coaching, and developing the dispatch team to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-performing operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve dispatch and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Plan and coordinate the daily dispatch activities to ensure all customer orders and partner warehouse deliveries are processed within agreed service-level timelines.
• Lead the physical dispatch of online customer orders, verifying order completeness, item quantities, SKU accuracy, and other required shipment details prior to release.
• Ensure all dispatched orders and deliveries are properly prepared, checked, and released in accordance with established warehouse SOPs.
• Prepare waybills for all dispatched orders, ensuring that all reflected amounts, shipment details, and other required information are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with the Inventory Support Team for the proper and timely system processing of sales issuances related to dispatched orders.
• Ensure proper handling, organization, and filing of all dispatch-related documents, including Delivery Receipts (DR), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), waybills, and other warehouse documentation.
