Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Fulfillment Officer to manage the end-to-end delivery process, from order validation to dispatch and POD completion.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and clients to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with complete documentation, while maintaining detailed delivery records and inventory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business admin, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in delivery scheduling and dispatch coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate delivery orders and requests.
• Coordinate warehouse picking, packing, and staging.
• Schedule deliveries and assign vehicles/drivers.
• Monitor deliveries and provide status updates.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and order accuracy.
• Verify POD documents.
• Maintain delivery records.
• Reconcile delivery documents with inventory.
• Address and escalate documentation discrepancies.

About the role

The Delivery Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, from order validation and warehouse coordination to dispatch, delivery tracking, and proof-of-delivery completion. The role ensures that customer orders are delivered accurately, completely, and on time while coordinating with warehouse teams, drivers, fleet personnel, and clients.

Key responsibilities

About you
