Job summary

Largen Med. Inc. is seeking a Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator in Metro Manila to manage daily delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation against invoices and receipts.

You will monitor routes, liaise with warehouse, sales, and clients to meet delivery timelines, maintain logs, and support audits while complying with safety and pharmaceutical handling protocols. Experience in pharma distribution is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma preferred in logistics or business.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination considered a plus.
• Knowledge of delivery documentation and route planning basics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations: schedule and coordinate delivery trips for assigned routes.
• Logistics Coordination: track delivery status and liaise with warehouse, sales, and clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain logs and submit daily dispatch reports.
• Compliance and Maintenance: ensure roadworthy vehicles and safety protocols.
