Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate scheduling for service orders, deliveries, and field personnel, ensuring timely operations and SLA compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and partners, maintaining accurate records and real-time updates.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on improving processes and delivering excellent customer service across country-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher recommended.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms to manage information.
• Experience with helpdesk software.
• Transportation experience is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
• Proficient with various tools and technology.
• Ethical and confidentiality awareness.
• Medical logistics knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service orders, deliveries, and field personnel.
• Communicate with drivers, technicians, and partners to meet SLAs.
• Audit delivery performance and KPI data using dispatch tools.
• Provide updates in weekly performance reports.
• Handle customer and supplier inquiries via calls and tickets.
• Identify process improvements and support project initiatives.
