Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches and to share invoices, tracking details, and updates with clients. You will track shipments daily until delivery, and follow up on delays to ensure timely delivery.

You will also maintain records of invoices, dispatch details, delivery timelines, and related documents, while coordinating with Finance for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches.
• Share invoices, tracking details and dispatch updates with clients proactively.
• Track shipments daily until delivery and follow up/escalate in case of delays.
• Upload invoices on client portals wherever applicable.
• Maintain records of invoices, dispatch details, delivery TATs, GRNs, Credit Notes, return requests and escalations.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation wherever required.
• Coordinate sample dispatches and track deliveries.
• Support customer documentation and registration processes.
• Maintain accurate trackers and ensure timely closure of operational activities.
• Support delivery appointment scheduling and related documentation for key accounts.
