Qualificações

• At least 5 years of pricing, sales analysis, and strategy experience in grocery/retail.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Thorough understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assortment management: develop and implement assortment and pricing strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Trade management: coordinate with suppliers to execute marketing plans and promotions.
• Data analysis: analyze sales data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
• Performance tracking: monitor sales, KPIs, and promotional activities; manage trade marketing budget.
