Responsibilities

• Services clients and greets all clients at the counter with a smile and warm disposition.
• Executes regular teller functions in adherence to rules and regulations, delivering services timely and competently.
• Acts as primary holder of Vault teller user ID and validates cash transfer under authorization.
• Maintains custody of keys and combinations as designated by Area Head.
• Establishes the true identity of clients for withdrawals and encashments.
• Receives cash, checks, and payments over the counter for peso and FCDU accounts.
