Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Good communication skills both English and Filipino
• Experience in basic branch frontline functions-preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the teller counter and deliver services with a smile using the standard frontliner greeting
• Perform regular teller functions in compliance with internal rules and external regulations
• Act as primary holder of Vault teller user ID and validate cash transfers within BOO systems
• Serve as alternate custodian of keys as designated by Area Head
• Verify client identity to safeguard withdrawals and transactions
• Place cash requisitions based on daily needs and ensure transfers are supported by cash transfer slips
• Verify cash received from vault and ensure accuracy of cash on hand
• Accept cash, checks deposits and payments over the counter for peso and FCDU accounts
