Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the teller counter and provide service with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Perform teller duties including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check encashment in accordance with rules.
• Manage cash, validate transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling and vault transfers.
• Verify identities for withdrawals and other sensitive transactions.
• Observe regulatory and bank policies in daily front-line operations.
