Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino.
• Experience in basic branch frontline functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients at the teller counter with a welcoming attitude.
• Executes functions in accordance with bank rules and delivers services promptly.
• Acts as primary vault teller user ID holder and validates cash transfers.
• Alternate custodian of keys as designated by the Area Head.
• Establishes true identity of clients, especially for withdrawals and checks.
• Prepares cash requisitions and transfers to the vault as needed.
• Verifies cash received and ensures accuracy of cash on hand.
• Accepts cash, deposits and payments for peso and foreign currency accounts.
