• Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional English.
• Ability to pick up and work from structured call scripts quickly.
• Comfortable coordinating with field-based team members in real time.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and handle incoming phone calls from customers requesting service.
• Coordinate and speak directly with field drivers about job assignments and status updates.
• Log and track service requests through our dispatch software.
• Work from supplied scripts so customer interactions stay steady and professional.
• Watch and handle service requests arriving through partner network platforms.
• Hold accurate records of calls and jobs in our tracking system.
• Give customers timely updates on service status and timing.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately.
