Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally.
Answer questions about services, availability, and pricing using pricing guide.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments.
Prepare and send quotes to customers.
Make outbound calls such as callbacks and appointment confirmations.
Keep customer records and call notes accurate and up to date.
Ensure every customer inquiry is followed up on and nothing falls through the cracks.
