Job summary

IONOS is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive HR operations and frontline workforce initiatives. You will ensure policy implementation, manage employee relations, and support talent management to enable high performance across front-line teams.

Responsibilities include compliance, workforce planning, recruitment support, training, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR systems is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
• At least 5 years experience in HR Management, preferably supporting front line or operational teams.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning and HR program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations for front-line employees ensuring compliance with policies and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with line managers to address grievances and disciplinary actions promptly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support recruitment for front-line positions and onboarding of new hires.
• Identify training and development opportunities to enhance performance and career growth.
• Monitor workforce metrics and propose action plans to address challenges.
• Foster employee engagement initiatives for front-line teams.
• Support the performance appraisal process with timely, constructive feedback.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects, offering guidance on employee relations and team dynamics.
