Qualifications

• Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles with customer focus.
• Strong sales aptitude with ability to identify client needs and present solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident interaction with clients at all levels.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanour with customer service focus.
• Proficiency in computer systems, MS Office and CRM software.
• Well-organised, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors professionally, providing information and direction.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, routing to appropriate departments.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with clients and prospective customers.
• Provide information about offerings, answer questions and address concerns promptly.
• Process client requests, bookings and transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and display materials.
• Coordinate with departments to meet client needs and follow up on actions.
• Record sales activities and client interactions to achieve targets.
• Update client databases and CRM with accurate information.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
