Job summary

One Nadela Dental Group is seeking a Front Desk Officer for our new Alabang clinic to own the patient experience from inquiry to follow-up, manage bookings, payments, and ensure a smooth front-of-house daily operation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in front desk or customer service, strong communication, excellent organization, confidentiality, and comfort with clinic software; willing to work onsite 6 days a week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in front desk, customer service, hospitality, sales, healthcare or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate front-office workflows with a busy clinic team.
• Service-oriented approach to patients and confidentiality of information.
• Proficient with computers, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
• Able to remain composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work onsite 6 days per week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end patient front-desk experience: check-in/out, scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, messaging, and clinic channels.
• Coordinate with dentists, assistants, and staff to maintain patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient data, appointments, and treatment records.
• Provide patients with service and policy information; escalate clinical questions when needed.
• Manage appointment confirmations and reduce no-shows.
• Handle patient billing and payments per clinic procedures.
• Resolve routine concerns; escalate complex issues to clinical/management.
• Keep front desk organized, professional and ready for patients.
• Support other administrative and operational needs of the clinic.
