Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, online inquiries, and client concerns.
• Generate leads and assist in booking appointments and consultations.
• Welcomes, greets, and assists clients upon arrival and departure.
• Manages client schedules, bookings, confirmations, and staff/doctor decking.
• Coordinates client endorsements and transfers with concerned units.
• Maintains and updates client charts, records, and database.
• Handles reception supplies, equipment, records, and files.
• Processes payments, collections, cashiering, and daily deposits as assigned.
