Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Customer Success Representative for a boutique fitness and wellness brand, coordinating daily client communication, onboarding workflows, and studio operations. You will manage emails, WhatsApp, and lifecycle campaigns to grow memberships while supporting payroll data and back-office tasks across multiple locations.

This fully remote role offers CET-aligned hours, health coverage after 90 days, paid holidays, and parental leave after a year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, client success, or administrative roles.
• Strong written English communication; German a plus.
• Experience managing customer interactions via email and messaging.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data organization.

• Availability during CET or similar coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer support across email and messaging (50+ inquiries/day).
• Execute onboarding and retention workflows via email and WhatsApp.
• Guide clients toward memberships and consultations to drive conversions.
• Coordinate bookings and answer service questions; route complex inquiries.
• Nurture leads and existing members with lifecycle campaigns and promos.
• Extract class attendance data and maintain payroll spreadsheets.
• Support basic reporting, data organization, and back-office tasks.
• Assist with email campaigns and coordinate marketing assets.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Customer Success Representative for a boutique fitness and wellness brand with multiple studio locations — managing daily client communication, running client journey workflows, and supporting studio operations and light marketing.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Customer Support: Manage daily customer support across email and messaging channels, handling roughly 50+ inquiries per day.
• Client Journey Workflows: Execute onboarding, follow-up, and retention workflows, including welcome messages, post-visit check-ins, and promotional follow-ups by email and WhatsApp.
• Sales Conversion: Guide clients toward memberships, credits, and consultations, and proactively follow up with trial customers to drive conversion into paid memberships.
• Bookings & Inquiries: Coordinate booking links and answer client questions about services and memberships, routing complex inquiries to the internal team when needed.
• Lifecycle Nurture: Follow structured lifecycle flows to nurture leads and existing members, and share promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time packages.
• Data & Payroll Support: Extract class and attendance data from the booking system and maintain the spreadsheets used for instructor payroll calculations.
• Operations Support: Support basic reporting, data organization, and back-office coordination across multiple studio locations.
• Marketing Support: Assist with email campaign execution and scheduling, provide ad hoc support to the marketing agency, and organize marketing assets and customer lists.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in customer support, client success, or administrative roles.
• Communication: Strong written English communication skills (German is a strong plus).
• Channel Experience: Experience managing customer interactions via email and messaging platforms.
• Spreadsheets: Comfort working in spreadsheets (data entry, organization, basic formulas).
• Follow-Through: Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability: Availability during Central European Time (preferred 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM CET or similar coverage).
• Durable Skills: Ambitious, proactive, and reliable, and a positive, good-hearted team player.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
• You have exposure to CRM or booking systems (e.g., Mindbody, Eversports).
• You have a basic understanding of sales or customer lifecycle marketing.
• You have experience supporting payroll or operational reporting.
