The Spa Wellness is hiring a front desk associate in Taguig (BGC). You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and promote our services while handling bookings and POS transactions to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires up to 1 year of relevant experience, good numerical skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, HRM, Hospitality Management, Business Management or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have numerical competence.
• Newcomers are welcome to apply

• Operate telephone equipment using proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Operate computer (POS) and cash drawer
