Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Probationary Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage guest check-ins and inquiries, and ensure adequate staffing during shifts. You will supervise reception staff, handle reservations and room assignments, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure accurate billing and shift reporting.

Strong English communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility for weekends are essential; a university degree is preferred

Qualifications

• University degree preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience in front office.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); other languages a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and longer shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations during shifts.
• Ensure front office team is adequately staffed and prepared.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
