Job Overview

Role: Customer Support Executive / Voice Process Associate

Experience: Freshers (0 years of experience)

Location: Noida (In-office)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary (In-hand): 18,000 to 25,000 per month CTC (Gross): 2.2 LPA to 3.2 LPA (Based on interview performance and shift allowances)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, or live chat to resolve their queries and issues.
• Listen actively to customer needs, diagnose problems, and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
• Accurately update customer details and interaction logs in the CRM system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adhere to company compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with team leaders and quality analysts to improve performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate (12th Pass), Undergraduates, or Graduates in any stream.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US/UK Night Shifts, and a 5-day or 6-day work week.
• Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and active listening capabilities.
• Highly motivated, polite, and capable of handling customer queries patiently.
