You will handle real-time chat with customers, draft professional emails, and perform backend data updates using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Gmail. Compensation ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month, with performance incentives.

Qualifications

Strong written communication via email and chat.

Responsibilities

Manage real-time chat interactions with domestic and international customers to resolve service inquiries.
Draft clear, professional email responses adhering to process SLAs and quality standards.
Perform backend data updates, order processing, and record verification in company databases.
Utilize MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Gmail for day-to-day operational tracking and communication.
Escalate complex customer issues to senior tier support teams when necessary.
Maintain target accuracy, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
