Al Amal Business solutions is seeking a highly skilled French National Pastry Chef specializing in French pastries to craft a variety of desserts and pastries for our clients. You will apply traditional and modern techniques to deliver high quality treats and contribute to menu development.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Pastry Chef specializing in French pastry.

Responsibilities

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread following traditional and modern recipes.
Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage customers.
Decorate pastries using icings and toppings to ensure presentation is beautiful.
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget.
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently.
Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel.
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
