Job summary

Pack is hiring a French Market BDR to drive outbound activity, book meetings with HR leaders, and refine scripts through hands-on testing. You will leverage LinkedIn, email outreach, and HubSpot to accelerate pipeline and learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires native or near-native French, strong English, and a passion for startups. You will start with in-person onboarding in Barcelona and then work remotely, joining a young, international team with growth from

Qualifications

• Fluent French (native or near-native) — essential for this market.
• Strong English, B2 level minimum.
• A real master in cold calling.
• Basic understanding of copywriting.
• Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
• A self-starter mindset, curiosity, and resilience.
• Passion for startups and learning through practice.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling.
• Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers.
• Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning.
• Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them.
• Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot.
