Job summary

Pack - AI Change Management Platform is seeking a proactive BDR for our sales team. The role begins with an in-office period at our Barcelona offices and later offers the option to work fully remote.

Ideal candidates will excel in cold calling, have strong English (B2) and Italian, and enjoy building a startup in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes outbound prospecting, high-volume call sessions, and continuous learning with mentoring and coaching, plus a bonus-driven performance

Qualifications

• A real master in cold calling.
• Basic understanding of copywriting.
• Experience using a CRM, especially HubSpot.
• Strong communication in English (B2 level minimum).
• Passion for startups and learning through practice.
• Self-starter mindset and curiosity/resilience.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments.

Responsibilities

• Experience in cold calling.
• Daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling.
• Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers.
• Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning.
• Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not replace them.
• Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot.
