Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken French (C1+).
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets via phone, email, and chat.
• Direct clients with solutions over calls (inbound/outbound).
• Escalate complex issues beyond the department when needed.
• Develop familiarity with email marketing concepts and Brevo tools.
