Job summary

HelloFresh Philippines is seeking a Customer Care Specialist – French Bilingual to join our team at Inoza Tower, BGC, Taguig. You will handle inquiries in French and English, deliver courteous service, and promote HelloFresh products.

You will work onsite with a supportive network, grow your skills, and contribute to customer satisfaction across channels. If you have 6+ months CS experience and a passion for service, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months Customer Service Representative experience in a BPO setting.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Onsite work availability in BGC, Taguig and Bridgetowne, QC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service orientation with interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or technical support is a plus.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Provide general support and build engaging relationships on each interaction.
• Actively offer HelloFresh products and benefits to customers.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and feedback.
• Work toward team KPIs and targets set by management.
• Report and document issues to responsible departments.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes.
• Run internal projects as needed.
• Represent the HelloFresh brand positively in all interactions.
• Remain knowledgeable about company policies, tools, and systems.
