Qualifications

• Must have proven outbound sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling and setting appointments.
• Strong, professional phone presence and fluent English.
• Ability to build targeted lead lists and track progress.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and objections handling.

Responsibilities

• Build and segment targeted prospect lists of shippers.
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to introduce brokerage services.
• Qualify prospects by shipping lanes, volume, frequency, and equipment needs.
• Set appointments and follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
• Convert opportunities into active accounts through closing.
• Coordinate rate quotes and pricing negotiations with owner.
• Send professional follow-up emails and recap messages to prospects.
• Maintain accurate prospect and lead tracker with notes and next steps.
• Use company phone system and email for all prospect communication.
