You will verify HBL/OBL, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to support on-time manifest submission and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in logistics or related field, with experience in freight forwarding documentation, and proficiency in MS Excel and freight systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• Familiarity with ocean/air freight documentation.
• Knowledge of customs documentation and cargo release processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple documents and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify shipment instructions and pre-alert docs.
• Prepare and file import documentation and DO/Delivery Orders.
• Manage and monitor manifests, deadlines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams for accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy in the operational system.
